Kina har fått psykiatrilov

I dag har Kina vedtatt en psykiatrilov. Dersom det man leser er riktig, har ikke den kinesiske psykiatriloven noe behandlingskriterium, og er slik bedre enn den norske.

"The law states for the first time that mental health examinations and treatment must be conducted on a voluntary basis, unless a person is considered a danger to himself or others."
